We are pleased to submit a proposal to create a marketing campaign for your business. This proposal describes the social media marketing process, services, terms, and schedule for the campaign.

Meet the Team

    Scope of Work

    Content Creation and Curation


    We will plan and design 12 strategic posts a month for a minimum of 3 months, which will equate to 3 posts a week. This will include all creative design, print, and video assets, as well as all copywriting to support each social media post.

    We will take 2 to 3 weeks to gather information and outline the data-gathering needed to create a successful content strategy. Once we receive all data, we will be responsible for creating a monthly social media content calendar outlining the posts for the month.

    Approval Process

    1. Agency: Submits planned content one month in advance.
    2. Client: Approves or requests revisions within one week.
    3. Agency: Submits required changes within 3 days.
    4. Client: Approves changes within 3 days.
    5. Agency: Locks content in the schedule.

    Analytics and Reporting

    Each month, we’ll send a performance report to you that details progress. This will not only track our progress but also will give insight and direction into future content.

    Monthly Review Meetings

    On the first week of each month, we’ll schedule a video meeting to review the previous month’s performance and discuss any changes for the coming month.

    Next Steps

    If we decide to work together, these are the next steps:

    1. Review the proposal and make changes.
    2. Sign the contract and agree on timelines.
    3. Set up the social media management tool and access to accounts.
    4. Collaborate and revise on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

    Fees and Expenses

    The fee for the 3-month program is an investment of $3,500 per month.


    The monthly payment of $3,500 is due upfront before each month. Pay in full with Credit Card, PayPal, or in 4 interest-free installments through Shop Pay through our website. Services will begin at the execution of this Agreement.


    The client shall not be entitled to any refund for any money spent under this Agreement. If the client wishes to terminate the coaching program prior to its planned expiration, one month's notice must be given and the client will have to pay the remaining balance of the agreement.
